Breaking Down Barriers
The old system required patients to call the clinic for almost everything. Appointments, prescription refills, test results. We moved all of this online. But we knew that our user base included seniors who might not be tech-savvy. We implemented large, clear typography, voice-guided navigation, and a "high contrast" mode by default.
Telehealth Done Right
We integrated Twilio Video to allow doctors to launch secure video calls directly from the patient's file. No downloads, no plugins. Just click "Join Visit." This feature alone reduced missed appointments by 25% in the first three months.
