For Titan Manufacturing, inventory was a black box. They knew what they bought and what they sold, but the "middle" was a mystery. Parts went missing, stockouts halted production lines, and expedited shipping fees were eating their margins. They needed visibility.
The Digital Twin
We built a system that acts as a "digital twin" of their warehouse. Every shelf, bin, and pallet has a digital counterpart. Using handheld barcode scanners powered by a lightweight Alpine.js app, warehouse workers verify every movement.
Predictive Procurement
The killer feature isn't tracking; it's predicting. By analyzing historical usage rates and lead times from suppliers, the system now automatically generates Purchase Orders before a shortage happens. It alerts the purchasing manager: "Hey, you need to order steel bolts today if you want to keep the assembly line running next Tuesday."
